Baby update!

We saw our doctor today, and we are pleased to know that we only have one week left till she will be here. Unless the Lord decides to bring her here sooner.
We are scheduled for inducement Friday April 3rd at 7am, at Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne. We are very excited and would like for everyone's prayers for a great delivery and for nursing to go well.
We will try to keep everyone updated as things progress.

Baby update

Patrick and I saw the doctor this past Thursday. Our little girl weighs 3 pounds! She is so petite. We had all good news. Doctor checked all of her organs, blood flow, heart rate, brain, diaphragm, and breathing pattern. He says she is a very healthy baby of what we can see through the tests. She is just very small, and I am carrying her very low.
Thankfully, even with her smallness, I am very glad she is healthy of what we can see. The Lord is in control.
We will be induced the first week of April, possibly as soon as April 3. Wow, that is 3 weeks early. Her approximate weight will be 5 1/2 - no bigger than 6 pounds. Since we are traveling 1 hour and 30 minutes to the hospital, due to me being a high risk patient, Doctor and us have agreed it best for inducement, so we don't have the baby in our kitchen. With how low I am carrying her, signs are strong for me to go into early labor. Doctor believes she will not hesitate to slide right out (was his exact words).
We are very excited about having our little blessing a bit early and I am just in awe and thankful for her health.
I have been exercising faithfully, taking my vitamins/herbs, and eating healthy. Most importantly praying for good health. The hope that I have is good health from good daily habits. As long as the Lord wills it to be.
Praise the Lord for all He does and the wisdom only He can provide.

Baby :) & more

Hello everyone, still preparing for baby number four and only 11 weeks to go. Time goes by fast these days.
The children are looking forward to meeting their new baby sister, now that I am starting to look like I am pregnant. Colin keeps giving me little hugs here and there and the girls keep asking "when is she going to come out". In due time, hopefully not for at least 10 more weeks.
I put together a baby registry at www.babysrus.com . It is under Michelle and Patrick Seymoure. There are only 18 items on the registry and only 16 of those items we need. The last 2 are just baby Mozart DVDs. So if anyone would like to bless our family with a welcome baby gift, check out our registry so you know what we are needing. Even if it is just a gift card of a small amount, every little bit helps out a big bit.
Other than having baby on every one's mind, we all have been doing good. Patrick has been working hard at work and at home. He has been doing a great job taking care of my Dad's animals, feeding the dog, chickens, and peacock, then he collects the eggs from the chickens. He also has been on cat litter duty and him and I both have been making sure the wood burner stays full and hot. Every other week Patrick chops about 3 loads of wood, sometimes I help load and unload the wood, since I am not allowed to chop wood right now. The children have been taking turns to help Patrick with the animals. Kelsie and Lillian like to get the mail and the newspaper. Kelsie is doing well in school and Lillian is still working with her speech and bits of learning at a time. Colin is not wanting to be potty trained. Which has been a bummer for me and the rest of the family. He just does not mind being dirty. Ewe.
We are just living one day at a time, moment by moment. Trying to honor the Lord with our life and actions. Allowing lifes challenges to strengthen us in Him.

Family Update

Hello to everyone, it has been a little while since my last blog entry.
My father made it safely to his destination in Katar. Praise the Lord for his safe travel. Please pray for me, I am now responsible for taking care of my dad's finances while he is away. Thankfully the Lord has equipped me well for finances and accounting. Patrick and the children get to take care of the animals. All ? amount of chickens, 2 cats, 1 dog, and 1 peacock. Those are just dad's animals, we only have 2 cats. So far, all has been well. Dad has only been gone since friday Jan 2. The children already miss their grandpa. Kelsie said it is boring around here with out him. I said, "gesh, I guess we're no fun huh." Then she said she just misses him. The things children say. Well, dad estimated departure is early May. Keep us in your prayers, especially my father.
I am now 25 weeks expecting and we found out we are having a girl. Estimated arrival date is April 23, 2009. I have already organized all of the girl clothes I have saved by size, washed the first years worth of clothes and put it all away. I wanted to take inventory of what we had, so we know what we will need. I have lent baby clothes out here and there, so our stock is a bit low. Which is okay. I am just thankful we can help where we can. Thankfully we will only need to purchase 2 big items, a swing and infant car seat. My friend has our old swing which has been through a total of 6 different children and is very ready for retirement. It served its purpose. The small items, will be onesies and socks. Patrick and I have the same philosophy with infants. They don't need shoes till they can walk, and they can go anywhere in their pajamas. It saves a bundle on money spent for outfits and shoes.
Patrick and I are excited about the new baby girl soon to born. As my tummy expands (which is the hardest part for me) and we can feel lots of movement. I am carrying so low, I am not ready to share the kicks with anyone but my hubby for now. I may be six months expecting, and I have not ever carried a child so low before. We will be making sure it is normal from the doctor our next visit. Even if it is not normal, we know God is in control and He is the one that is granting us this wonderful gift of a blessing.
Not much else is new with the Seymoure/Sucharski family. Just our usual caring for and training our children, and living one day at a time.
And most of all, Praising and thanking our great Lord for all he does!
